The Market right now is a sellers market, though with that being said I have been able to assist buyers in all parts of the Tri County and on average get you a home with about 3.5% or more off of the list price, as well as getting other cost for you covered. Any agent can open a door for you, though not every agent has a team willing to work in your best benefit.
